Story:

"Aarambham" kicks off with a bang, starting with the intriguing term "chivari adyayam," meaning the last chapter. The protagonist, a cell inmate numbered 299, mysteriously escapes from Kalagati Jail without leaving a trace. The police, baffled by this incident, enlist the help of a private detective to crack the case. As the investigation unfolds, the hero's journey begins, including an encounter with a scientist and assistance with a groundbreaking experiment. The film intricately revolves around the concept of deja vu, exploiting its flaws to weave an engaging narrative.

Positives:

The cast delivers stellar performances, with each actor giving their best. The gripping storyline and solid screenplay keep the audience hooked from start to finish.

Negatives:

The attempt to introduce a love track feels forced, with a song added to deviate from the main storyline. This diversion detracts from the overall experience.

Conclusion:

"Aarambham" dives into the intriguing territory of time travel and time loops, presenting a fresh take on the concept. While comparisons with darker films are inevitable, this young team manages to keep things interesting without delving too deep into complexity.

Rating:2.75 stars
